International scheduled flights voted as Tartu deed of the year 2009

International scheduled flights at Tartu airport were voted as Tartu deed of the year 2009 by voters participating at a traditional selection of the deed of the year organized by Postimees and Tartu City Government.
Nearly 4300 voters participated this year by giving their votes on the websites of Tartu Postimees, Tartu City government website as well as by sending a coupon to the newspaper.
Scheduled flights from Tartu airport were launched in summer 2009 with flights to Riga and Stockholm.
