If your checked-in baggage did not arrive with your flight, or got damaged during the flight, please file a complaint with your airline. Our baggage service team is here to help you with useful advice and completing the forms.

If you discover that your luggage has been lost or damaged after you’ve left the airport, please notify your airline baggage service as soon as possible.
